Specialities

Feelings or emotions are the universal language and are to be honored. They are the authentic expression of who you are at your deepest place.
— Judith Wright

Every conflict we face in life is rich with positive and negative potential. It can be a source of inspiration, enlightenment, learning, transformation, and growth-or rage, fear, shame, entrapment, and resistance. The choice is not up to our opponents, but to us, and our willingness to face and work through them.

Therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to gain insight, find hope, and make lasting changes. My therapeutic training and approach involves the theories and techniques of humanistic therapy, emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, gain self-understanding, navigate life’s challenges and have more connected relationships.

Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and cooperative problem solving process to resolve conflict with the help of a neutral professional. Mediation is a place for people discuss their differences and make decisions with dignity and respect. As a mediator, I facilitate communication by helping to clarify goals, identify issues, and generate options in order to make fully informed decisions.

I also serve as a coach and a child specialist in Collaborative Law, a process designed to provide families with the services they need from professionals most qualified to address the complex issues of divorce.
