About Me

As a therapist, I adopt a holistic, humanistic and person-centered philosophy emphasizing self-understanding and self-acceptance.  My approach incorporates a focus on helping people look inside themselves and better accept, regulate, understand, express and use their emotions to guide healthy, meaningful lives. Emotions are viewed as essentially healthy and a source of meaning, direction and growth that can lead to change.

As a therapist, mediator and educator, I have extensive experience working with people experiencing separation and divorce. As the founder and director of Family Matters PACT, I developed PACT, an educational program for separating and divorcing parents and co-created CoParent Training, a four week program, with Dr. Ken Waldron.
